We spent all of the summer outside on the North Bar AKA Potato Patch and the South Bar AKA Seal Rocks and further out to 3 mile line.? Fishing was good enough to keep the business rolling. Loren’s girlfriend had a birthday the other day, while at the party; Loren said he wanted to go fishing. Duffy was volunteered by his wife to babysit Loren and bring lunch. ? Last week was incredible. I absolutely love being able to take advantage of different kinds of fishing when the opportunity presents itself. ? The hook in my business is halibut or sturgeon fishing. ?We like it and it’s attractive to my new customers. ? Meratage? Stripers 6/28/2011? ?The halibut bite slowed this week but the stripers went wide open. The day after the storm we had a trip with the guys from the Meratage in Napa. They had the best action in the morning.? We had 4 stripers on at a time 3 times and multiple triples and doubles. It was fun and the adrenalin was pumping for the crew as well as our guests. ?
